Job summary

Quarters Management Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated COO to lead daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance across all departments.

You will develop and implement operational strategies, oversee financial performance, budgets, and forecasting, and mentor high-performing teams to support growth.

The role requires strong knowledge of governance, risk management, and business processes, with 5–8 years in senior management and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5–8 years of working experience in senior management.
• Strong knowledge of operations management and business processes.
• Strong financial analysis skills, including accounting, budgeting and cash flow.
• Experience in handling full set accounts and financial reporting.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and work under pressure.
• Familiar with compliance, governance, and risk management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems.
