Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee multiple business units within the group, spanning hospitality, tourism, attractions and related ventures. The role focuses on driving efficiency, improving service standards and delivering the company’s strategic objectives.

You will monitor performance via KPIs and collaborate with unit heads to enhance profitability and customer experience while ensuring compliance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the operations of the Group’s business units, including hospitality, tourism, attractions and related businesses.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity and service excellence across all departments.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the Group’s vision and business objectives.
• Monitor business performance through KPIs, financial results and operational metrics.
• Work closely with business unit leaders to improve profitability, customer experience and operational standards.
• Identify new business opportunities, operational improvements and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, governance requirements and statutory regulations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Report directly to the President & CEO and provide regular updates on operational performance.
