Solarvest (Vietnam) Company Limited seeks a Head of Powertrack to lead the full commercial, operational, and strategic direction of the O&M business. You will shape the roadmap, scale the service, and build a high-performance organisation.

The role requires deep technical knowledge of MV/HV systems, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage P&L, customer relations, and cross-functional teams across solar operations.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years experience in O&M, asset management, or related fields.
• Experience in MV/HV electrical systems, substations, or grid interconnection facilities is advantageous.
• Strong leadership of operational teams with understanding of SLAs, maintenance programs, and technical compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial and business-builder mindset to scale operations and create market differentiation.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic roadmap for Powertrack including regional expansion and service diversification.
• Oversee O&M operations to ensure asset reliability, safety, and SLA achievement.
• Own division P&L, develop pricing models and profitability tracking.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and service contractors; act as escalation point.
• Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team; drive digitalisation and predictive maintenance.
• Ensure regulatory, safety, and industry standard compliance; drive continuous improvement.
