Job summary

Solarvest (Vietnam) Company Limited seeks an Electrical Maintenance Specialist to oversee all electrical systems in our solar PV plant. You will ensure regulatory compliance and boost system health while conducting routine inspections of DC and LV components.

You will diagnose faults, maintain records, supervise contractors, and prepare monthly performance reports for submission to the Energy Commission. Based in Penang with flexibility for weekends when required.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive knowledge of electrical theory and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in operation and control of low-voltage electrical equipment is preferred.
• Proficient in documenting maintenance and reporting activities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all electrical systems in the solar PV plant and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on DC and LV components.
• Diagnose faults and perform corrective actions for electrical breakdowns.
• Maintain documentation and records for maintenance activities.
• Supervise contractor work related to solar PV systems.
• Provide inspection, preventive maintenance, and warranty reports.
• Submit Plant Performance Report to Energy Commission monthly.
• Manage spare parts and tools inventory.
• Support project execution during installation phase.
• Assist other O&M tasks as directed by the Engineer.
