Education Malaysia Global Services seeks a strategic leader to head Corporate Assurance, Internal Audit and Integrity Governance in Kuala Lumpur. You will design and drive governance frameworks, risk management and assurance activities, reporting to the Board and senior Management.

You will lead a high‑calibre team, establish effective control environments, and oversee cross‑functional collaboration to safeguard organisational integrity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in internal audit, enterprise risk management, governance or assurance functions.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in large, complex organisations or GLBG/GLIC environments.
• Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, risk-based planning, control assessment and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and implementation of EMGS's Corporate Assurance strategy and governance standards.
• Oversee the internal audit function, risk management and integrity governance.
• Provide independent insights to the Board and Management on governance and risk.
• Coordinate Board Secretariat activities and governance reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement, ethics and accountability across EMGS.
