Private Advertiser is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic leadership across Finance, HR and Corporate Governance. You will work with the CEO and Board to drive growth, ensure regulatory compliance and deliver long-term shareholder value for the Group.
The role oversees financial planning, treasury, taxation, financial reporting, risk management and capital planning, with a strong emphasis on governance, performance analytics and stakeholder engagement.
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide strategic leadership across Finance, Human Resources and Corporate Governance, ensuring strong financial performance, regulatory compliance and effective people management. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and Board of Directors in driving business growth, operational efficiency and long-term shareholder value for the Group.
Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy in line with business objectives.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital management.
Lead the preparation of financial statements, management reports and financial analysis.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board.
Monitor Group financial performance, profitability, costs and key financial indicators.
Oversee treasury, taxation, corporate finance, funding and banking relationships.
Evaluate business expansion, investments, acquisitions and major capital expenditure.
Drive financial process improvements, cost optimisation and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with applicable Bursa Malaysia, Securities Commission, Companies Act and accounting requirements.
Oversee timely and accurate financial disclosures, announcements and reporting obligations.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
Professional qualification such as ACCA, MIA, CPA or equivalent is highly preferred.
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with substantial experience in senior finance leadership.
Experience as a CFO, Finance Director or senior finance leader in a public listed company is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Bursa Malaysia listing requirements, corporate governance, financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
Strong experience in corporate finance, treasury, budgeting, audit, risk management and business strategy.
Experience overseeing Human Resources / people management at Group or corporate level.
Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and strategic decision-making skills.
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred to communicate with key stakeholders.
High integrity, strong business judgement and ability to work effectively with the Board and senior management.
