Chin Hin Group Berhad seeks a visionary Head of Sustainability to lead the Group’s Corporate Sustainability pillar from the holding level. You will own ESG strategy, governance, and the annual Sustainability Statement under Bursa Malaysia and ISSB guidelines, aligning NSRF and IFRS S1/S2 across all subsidiaries.

Reporting to the executive team, you will drive data architecture, CO2 accounting for Scope 1–3, and collaborate with manufacturing, property, construction, and retail arms to integrate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sustainability or related field
• 10–12 years in corporate sustainability or engineering
• Minimum 5 years in sustainability leadership or management
• Knowledge of Bursa Malaysia Sustainability Reporting Guide, NSRF, Scope 1/2/3 accounting, TCFD, CSRD, EQA 1974, EECA, and ISSB disclosures

Responsabilités

• Formulate, refine, and drive the Group’s sustainability strategy and ESG performance across four pillars
• Own end-to-end production of the annual Sustainability Statement per NSRF/IFRS S1/S2
• Establish data architecture and evidence requirements for diverse operations
• Develop GHG inventories and coordinate Scope 1–3 accounting and disclosures
• Support Green Building certifications and sustainable procurement across the group
• Engage with stakeholders to align ESG disclosures with ratings and incentives
