Synthomer plc is seeking a R&D-focused role in Malaysia to contribute to new product development and process improvement projects. The role involves experimental work, data collection and analysis to assess feasibility, and documenting findings for internal review.
You will participate in safety-conscious testing, collaborate with supervisors, and help advance innovative solutions within a global polymers business. Training and development are offered as part of our global team.

Part of HPPM, H&P new product innovation team for new product/process improvement based on customer/market needs. Involve in the development of new R&D projects by experimentations and investigations through scientific methods to collect dataset to evaluate the technical feasibility of potential solutions/prototypes to address the objective of the R&D project.
