Job summary

Bright Prospect in Malaysia is hiring a Chemical Engineer (QA – Customer Support) to manage customer complaints, analyze product defects, justify findings, and propose corrective actions for continuous improvement.

You will coordinate with production, sales and other departments to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution, travel overseas for international customers as needed, and use your fluent Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia to support diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Chemistry, or a related educational background.
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Highly committed, with a positive attitude and strong self-confidence.
