Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in related disciplines.
• Understanding of chargeback operations, payment disputes, fraud prevention, risk management, KYC/KYB, or AML concepts is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review, investigate, and manage end-to-end chargeback dispute cases.
• Analyze transaction history and user accounts to assess dispute validity.
• Prepare, compile, and submit dispute evidence to acquiring banks within required timelines.
• Monitor chargeback status and outcomes, ensuring cases are followed through to resolution.
• Communicate with acquirers and external partners regarding dispute-related matters.
• Handle chargeback cancellations, appeals, and user communications professionally.
• Identify fraud trends, recurring dispute patterns, and potential risk exposures.
• Produce accurate reports on chargeback volumes, outcomes, and root causes.
• Support additional risk functions such as KYC/KYB verification and risk investigations as business needs evolve.
