Job summary

Advanced Systems Automation Limited, listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange, seeks a Group Finance Manager to own the consolidation process, financial reporting and audit coordination. You will work with the Board, ARC, Executive Directors and subsidiary teams to ensure accurate financials and robust controls.

Key duties include leading half-yearly and annual group consolidation, coordinating with external auditors, managing treasury and budgeting, and supporting SGX filing

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• At least 8 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, including experience in Group consolidation, financial reporting and statutory audits.
• Prior experience with a listed company, public-company reporting or SGX regulatory requirements would be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International) and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee half-yearly and annual Group consolidation; ensure timely, accurate submission per Group reporting timetable.
• Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with external auditors during interim and year-end audit; prepare audit schedules and respond to queries.
• Treasury and cash-flow management.
• Budgeting and management reporting.
• Maintain and monitor Group finance internal controls (approval processes, reconciliation controls, segregation of duties).
• Coordinate monthly HY/FY submissions from subsidiary finance teams against standardised templates and timetable; review for completeness and consistency.
• Consolidate and review intercompany reconciliations prepared by subsidiaries; resolve variances within Group-level elimination process.
• Support SGX Catalist filing obligations and Board/ARC reporting requirements.
• Maintain and update Group finance policies and the consolidation manual on an ongoing basis, incorporating updates from the Group's finance advisers as needed.]

Advanced Systems Automation Limited is seeking an experienced and hands-on Group Finance Manager to take ownership of the Group's half-yearly and annual consolidation process, financial reporting and audit coordination on a business-as-usual basis. This is a key finance position requiring close coordination with the Board, the Audit and Risk Committee, Executive Directors, subsidiary finance teams, external auditors, internal auditors and professional advisers.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting or consolidation systems
