Job summary

BWC Construction seeks a Certified Traffic Management Officer (CTMO) to lead traffic management on road construction sites in Malaysia. You will design TMPs, monitor traffic devices, and ensure safety protocols across work zones.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of road project experience; CTMO certification recognized by CIDB and JKR Malaysia is an advantage. Candidates with related traffic management experience are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in road construction projects.
• CTMO certificate recognized by CIDB and JKR Malaysia is preferred.
• Candidates without CTMO but with related traffic management experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Designing the Traffic Management Plan (TMPs).
• Monitor the Placements and Removals of the Traffic Control devices.
• Monitor the Operations on the Traffic Control devices and equipment.
• Maintain the effectiveness of the traffic control plans.
• Analyze the occurrences of road accidents within the work zones.
• Prepare and display the up-to-date TMP for inspection and audit.
• Prepare the 3 monthly Traffic Management Safety Report (TMSR).
• Develop standard operating procedures.
• Prepare and maintain minimum twice per day inspection record.
• Prepare and execute Emergency Response Plan.
