Doit is seeking a skilled operator to join the CEO Office for AI Neobank expansion in Southeast Asia. You will translate CEO priorities into concrete actions across product, hiring, licensing, partnerships, and market launches.

Ideal candidates are high-ownership generalists with structured thinking who can work directly with senior leadership, manage ambiguity, and push multiple teams toward delivery in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a generalist capable of turning strategy into action.
• Strong written communication and logical thinking.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity, urgency, and shifting priorities.
• Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution.
• Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners and deadlines across teams.
• Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships and strategic projects.
• Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups and action trackers.
• Work across product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations and country teams.
• Identify execution gaps and push teams to close them.
• Own urgent business problems that do not fit neatly into one department.
