Job summary

Malaysia Aviation Group is seeking an Assistant Manager, Central Region Sales (Malaysia) to manage assigned travel agencies and trade partners, and to develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives aligned with CSP targets. You will build strong relationships, present products, monitor KPIs, and provide market insights to drive revenue while delivering excellent customer service.

Reports to the Sales Manager, Central Region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; 3+ years in sales or account management.
• Industry exposure to aviation, travel, or tourism is preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales and revenue targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with travel agencies and trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with travel agencies, trade partners, boards and partners.
• Identify growth opportunities and execute sales strategies within budget.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve sales performance.
• Analyze account performance, market trends, and competitors; provide insights.
• Conduct sales presentations and product briefings with clients and partners.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts and pipeline information.
