LA JUICERIA SUPERFOODS SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur seeks a hands-on kitchen leader to cook, guide production staff and keep central kitchen operations running smoothly. Senior cooks, demi chefs, chefs de partie and supervisors are encouraged to apply.

You will train and manage a team, follow recipes and SOPs, and ensure consistent taste, quality and output while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

Formación

• Hands-on experience cooking in a kitchen or production environment.
• Confident following recipes, maintaining hygiene standards and teamwork.
• Willing to guide coworkers, take ownership and learn production processes.
• Comfortable with basic counting, weighing and simple reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Cook and participate in daily food preparation, batch cooking, portioning and packing.
• Learn and follow recipes and SOPs to maintain consistent taste, quality and output.
• Assign workers on duty to different workstations, guide the team and support training.
• Follow the daily production plan; check progress, quantities, yields and minimize wastage.
• Provide clear production updates, maintain records and report delays or problems promptly.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized production areas including Halal and food-safety practices; assist with equipment/workflow issues.

Do you enjoy cooking and want to take the next step into kitchen leadership? We are looking for a hands-on team member to cook, guide production workers and keep daily central kitchen operations running smoothly. Experienced Senior Cooks, Demi Chefs, Chefs de Partie, Production Chefs and kitchen supervisors are encouraged to apply.

What you will do

• Maintain safe, clean and organized production areas, including Halal and food-safety practices; help resolve equipment and workflow issues.

What we are looking for

• Hands-on experience cooking in a restaurant kitchen, central kitchen, catering operation or food production environment.
• Confident following recipes, maintaining hygiene standards and working with a team.
• Willing to guide coworkers, take ownership and learn every major production process.
• Comfortable with basic counting, weighing and simple written or digital reporting.

Supervisory experience is an advantage, not a requirement. Culinary certificates are welcome but not compulsory.
