Job summary

Bottega Mediterranea Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Operations team member to support the daily operations of our Central Kitchen, including food production, packing, stock handling and quality control. You will collaborate with team members to ensure timely, accurate preparation and handling of ingredients and finished goods.

The role requires responsibility, reliability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on teamwork and adherence to food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B central kitchen or food production is an advantage.
• Responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily food production and preparation.
• Follow recipes and production schedules.
• Pack, label and store finished products.
• Monitor raw materials and stock.
• Maintain product quality and food safety standards.
• Assist with receiving and stock count.
• Maintain cleanliness of the production area.
• Complete basic production records.
