Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as Centerless Grinding Technician or similar role in precision manufacturing.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and specs.
• Skilled in using precision measuring tools to ensure tight tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate centerless grinding machines to manufacture components to specs.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust for quality and output.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot centerless grinding machines.
• Supervise subordinate operators in the department.
