Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Malaysia is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate milling, lathe, grinding and CNC machines (training provided). The role requires interpreting mechanical drawings and ensuring machining accuracy.

You will monitor production, perform in-process inspections with measuring instruments, and assist with routine machine maintenance. Fresh graduates with technical training are welcome. Based in Bayan Lepas, Penang, this on-site role offers hands-on growth in a dynamic shop.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CNC machining experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical training are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand machining specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines such as milling, lathe, grinding, and CNC (training provided).
• Understand and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Support fabrication and machining processes while solving basic technical issues and assist in machine maintenance
• Monitor machining operations to ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Conduct in-process inspections using measuring instruments
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
