Job summary

BizLink Group is seeking an Operation Cell Lead in Malaysia to coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure production plans align with quality, cost, delivery, and productivity targets.

The role requires leadership experience, strong English/Malay/Mandarin communication, and familiarity with SAP/Agile. You will lead teams, optimize workflows, and implement strategic plans within the cell.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree holder in any field.
• Proficient in English, Malay & Mandarin (speaking, writing, listening, reading).
• At least 2 years of experience in production planning, people management, and leadership.
• SAP/Agile skills are preferred.

Job Requirements

• Able to speak/witer/listen/read in English, Malay & Mandarin.
• At least 2 years of experience in production planning, people management, and leadership skills.
• Computer skills such as SAP/Agile/is more preferred.
