Premier Inn Hotels LLC (UAE) invites a Junior Consultant to join our Life Sciences - Sales team in Malaysia, focusing on cell biology products. The role involves driving sales from lead generation to closing in Bandar Sri Damansara and meeting growth targets.

You will develop business with academic and industry clients, analyze market potential, forecast performance, and collaborate across functions to deliver value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Life Science or Biomedical Sciences; 1 year experience in research/marketing of Life Science products is a plus.
• Knowledge of standard scientific methods, techniques and equipment relevant to cell biology.
• Strong communication, presentation and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop life science academics/industry business in Malaysia.
• Carry out all sales activities from lead generation through close in assigned territory to meet targets.
• Develop new business with existing clients and implement value selling to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Analyze territory/market potential, and track sales and status reports.
• Provide accurate forecasts and lost order reporting and gather competitive information.
• Monitor competitive activity and industry trends; propose competitive solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
• Leverage company resources to implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Maintain intensity and persistence to increase market share.
• Relationship management and openness to feedback.
