ADA is seeking a seasoned Engagement Manager to lead CDP initiatives in Malaysia. You will guide end-to-end CDP projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive data-driven marketing, sales, and service use cases while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance.

As a trusted advisor, you will translate business needs into technical requirements, develop value-focused business cases, and deliver measurable ROI through scalable CDP implementations and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level marketing/data projects, especially CDP design/deployment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end CDP use case implementations, from planning to optimization.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate challenges into tailored CDP strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams in CDP design, data integration, and goal alignment.
• Leverage CDP capabilities to analyze customer data and generate actionable insights.
• Develop and present business cases that articulate CDP value to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure long-term CDP success and optimization.
