• Assist in supporting improvement initiatives related to product quality, cost efficiency, cycle time, and manufacturing line performance.
• Support engineers and supervisors in basic troubleshooting of routine issues on production lines.
• Assist in compiling and updating daily production reports and monitoring downline attendance records.
• Participate in training sessions and assist in preparing training materials for supervisors, assistant supervisors, leaders, and operators.
• Support the monitoring of Critical Control Points (CCP) and help maintain related records.

Your Role

• Assist the team in supporting improvement initiatives related to product quality, cost efficiency, cycle time, and manufacturing line performance.
• Support engineers and supervisors in basic troubleshooting of routine issues on production lines.
• Assist in compiling and updating daily production reports and monitoring downline attendance records.
• Participate in training sessions and assist in preparing training materials for supervisors, assistant supervisors, leaders, and operators.
• Support the monitoring of Critical Control Points (CCP) within the department and help maintain related records in accordance with HACCP requirements under supervision.
