Job summary

ECO-SHOP Marketing Berhad (Retail) is seeking a retail counter associate in Skudai, Johor, Malaysia. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, assisting with purchases, and addressing inquiries to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

The position requires basic math, high school level education, and good communication skills, with a willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Training on cash handling and POS systems will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Attention to detail for handling transactions and monitoring stock.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
