Job summary

ECO-SHOP Marketing Berhad (Retail) is seeking a customer service-oriented cashier to assist shoppers, process purchases, and answer inquiries at the Shah Alam counter. You will handle cash/card transactions, balance the till, and keep stock levels accurate while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include daily equipment checks, stock replenishment, and reporting any issues. The role requires good math, basic computer skills, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Attention to detail for handling transactions and monitoring stock.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with customers.

Handle cash and card transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer.

Accurately handle transactions, manage the cash register, and monitor stock effectively.

Check counter equipment daily and report any issues for repair or replacement.

Keep the counter clean, tidy, and hygienic to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Monitor and replenish counter stock, to avoid shortages.

Job Requirements:
