ECO-SHOP Marketing Berhad (Retail) in Senai, Johor, is seeking a cashier to provide friendly service, handle transactions, and maintain stock levels. This on-site role requires basic math, strong communication, and attention to detail to ensure a smooth checkout and pleasant store experience.

Formación

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with purchases and inquiries.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer.
• Accurately balance transactions, manage the cash register, and monitor stock.
• Check counter equipment daily and report issues for repair or replacement.
• Keep the counter clean, tidy, and hygienic for a pleasant shopping experience.
• Monitor and replenish counter stock to avoid shortages.
