Job summary

ECO-SHOP Marketing Berhad (Retail) is hiring a friendly Counter/Front Desk associate for our Johor outlet. You will assist customers, handle purchases, maintain cash accuracy, monitor stock, and keep the counter neat and hygienic for a pleasant shopping experience.

We welcome applicants with basic math, good communication, and basic computer skills. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred; willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential.

• High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Attention to detail for handling transactions and monitoring stock.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with customers.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willing to work at Simpang Renggam, Johor.
