Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad is seeking a customer service oriented cashier for its Seremban Ikon Centrio counter. You will assist customers, process purchases, and balance cash while maintaining stock levels and a clean counter area.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required. Ideal candidates have a minimum of High School/SPM/Diploma with basic math, prior retail experience preferred, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Attention to detail for handling transactions and monitoring stock.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with customers.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with purchases and inquiries.

• Monitor and replenish counter stock to avoid shortages.
• Check counter equipment daily and report issues for repair or replacement.

Job description

Provide excellent customer service by assisting with purchases and addressing inquiries.

Handle cash and card transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer.

Accurately handle transactions, manage the cash register, and monitor stock effectively.

Check counter equipment daily and report any issues for repair or replacement.

Keep the counter clean, tidy, and hygienic to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Job Requirements:
