Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad (Retail) is seeking a customer-focused Retail Assistant to assist with purchases, answer inquiries, and deliver friendly service in Sikamat, Seremban.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with purchases and inquiries.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer.
• Accurately handle transactions, manage the cash register, and monitor stock effectively.
• Check counter equipment daily and report any issues for repair or replacement.
• Keep the counter clean, tidy, and hygienic to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Monitor and replenish counter stock, to avoid shortages.
