Job summary

ECO-SHOP Marketing Berhad (Retail) is seeking a retail cashier to provide excellent customer service, handle cash transactions, and help maintain stock levels at the Ipoh counter. The role requires basic math skills and a friendly, professional attitude.

Candidates should be comfortable with basic computer use, able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays, and keen on ensuring a clean and hygienic shopping environment for customers.

Qualifications

• High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Attention to detail for handling transactions and monitoring stock.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with purchases and inquiries.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer.
• Accurately manage transactions, monitor stock, and balance the cash register.
• Check counter equipment daily and report issues for repair or replacement.

Accurately handle transactions, manage the cash register, and monitor stock effectively.

Check counter equipment daily and report any issues for repair or replacement.

Keep the counter clean, tidy, and hygienic to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Job Requirements:
