Job summary

eco-shop Malaysia is seeking a friendly cashier for its Seremban outlet. You will assist customers, process purchases, and maintain accurate cash handling while ensuring a clean and welcoming counter area.

The role requires basic math, good communication, and reliability to work across shifts including weekends and public holidays. Training and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with purchases and inquiries.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer.
• Accurately handle transactions, manage the cash register, and monitor stock effectively.
• Check counter equipment daily and report any issues for repair or replacement.
• Keep the counter clean, tidy, and hygienic to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Monitor and replenish counter stock, to avoid shortages.
