Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a friendly counter staff to assist customers with purchases and inquiries, ensuring a smooth checkout experience at our Seremban counter in Negeri Sembilan.

You will handle cash and card transactions, balance the cash drawer, monitor stock, and maintain a clean, orderly counter. The role requires shift work, including weekends and public holidays, with an attractive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Attention to detail for handling transactions and monitoring stock.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with customers.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willing to work at Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
