Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a retail cashier to provide excellent customer service at the Sendayan Merchant Square counter in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. You will handle cash and card transactions, assist customers, and help monitor stock to avoid shortages.

The role requires basic math, good communication, and a reliable work ethic with availability for shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Attention to detail for handling transactions and monitoring stock.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with customers.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willing to work at Sendayan Merchant Square, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
