Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Selangor is seeking a friendly Shop Counter Associate to assist customers with purchases and inquiries, ensuring a welcoming and helpful shopping experience.

You will handle cash and card transactions, balance the cash drawer, monitor and replenish counter stock, check counter equipment daily, keep the area clean and hygienic, and respond promptly to customer needs during shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Attention to detail for handling transactions and monitoring stock.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with customers.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
