Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad (Retail) in Batu Pahat, Johor, is seeking a retail counter staff to provide excellent customer service and manage transactions. You will handle cash and card payments, maintain accurate cash drawers, and monitor stock levels while ensuring a clean and hygienic counter area.

The role requires basic math, good communication, and the ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Attention to detail for handling transactions and monitoring stock.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with customers.
