Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad (Retail) in Kepala Batas, Penang, is seeking a friendly cashier to provide excellent customer service, assist with purchases, and answer inquiries. You will handle cash and card transactions accurately, balance the cash drawer, monitor stock, keep the counter tidy and hygienic, and may work shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Basic math, computer literacy, and good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English are essential.

Qualifications

• High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Attention to detail for handling transactions and monitoring stock.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with customers.

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
