Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad is seeking a reliable cashier for our Butterworth counter in Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, assisting with purchases, and ensuring accurate cash handling.

Qualifications

• High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Attention to detail for handling transactions and stock.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with purchases and inquiries.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer.
• Accurately manage transactions, operate the cash register, and monitor stock.
• Check counter equipment daily and report issues for repair or replacement.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and hygienic counter for customers.
• Monitor and replenish counter stock to avoid shortages.
