About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Cashier to join the Nirwana Group Sdn Bhd team in Kuantan, Pahang. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service at the point of sale. As a Cashier, you will be the final point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth, efficient and pleasant transaction experience. Your accuracy, professionalism and friendly demeanor will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our retail operations.

Key responsibilities

• Processing customer payments accurately using the till and point-of-sale (POS) system
• Handling cash, card payments and other payment methods with precision and integrity
