Job summary

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad is seeking a Direct Sales Executive (Cards) to drive card acquisition at branches, merchant outlets, and events in Putrajaya. You will promote AEON credit and prepaid cards, assist applicants, and ensure compliant data entry.

You will collaborate with branch teams to support campaigns, gather market feedback, and push for sales targets while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Finance is an advantage.
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales abilities.
• Basic finance knowledge to explain credit card features and repayment concepts.
• Awareness of AEON Insurance products to support cross-selling.
• Experience in direct sales or retail banking is beneficial.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell AEON credit and prepaid cards directly to customers.
• Engage face-to-face at branches, merchant outlets, and events.
• Assist customers with applications and collect required documents.
• Ensure accurate data entry and regulatory compliance.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets; provide post-sale support.
• Collaborate with branches and management on campaigns and feedback.
