Job summary

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad is hiring for direct sales in Penang to promote Credit Cards and Aeon Member Plus Card products. You will ensure proper application submission, develop sales opportunities, and strive to exceed individual and team targets while maintaining high customer service and strict compliance.

Fresh graduates are welcome; prior financial industry experience is a plus. You must have own transport and be prepared for shifts, holidays, and weekends as part of a dynamic regional

Qualifications

• Passionate and self-driven.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Working experience in financial industry will be an advantage.
• Have own transportation.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Able to work on shift, public holiday and on weekends.
• Willing to travel and work independently under pressure.
• Minimum SPM with 2 years sales experience.

Responsibilities

• To sell/promote Credit Cards & Aeon Member Plus Card product.
• To ensure all applications are in proper order prior to submission for approval.
• To create an opportunities and strategy to develop new sales and consistently increase individual or team achievements.
• To ensure high standard of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by the company.
• To have the best practice in all related compliance and regulatory requirements (Do’s and Don’ts).
