Job summary

CARSOME is seeking a proactive Carsome Consultant to join our Sabah team. You will engage with walk-in and online customers, understand their needs and help them select the right car from our curated inventory, emphasizing value, quality and end-to-end service.

From appraisal to test drives and financing applications, you will guide customers every step, ensure accurate records, and collaborate with the sales team in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or similar sectors preferred.
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
• High level of self-motivation.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.
• Use knowledge of Carsome inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
• Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.
• Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.
