Job summary

SHF Services (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Catering Supervisor in Kuala Lumpur to oversee events and daily catering operations. The role requires leading staff, ensuring top-tier food presentation and service, and maintaining hygiene standards.

You will manage inventory, liaise with clients, and mentor junior staff while coordinating setup and teardown of catering stations. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory catering experience.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in inventory management and basic ordering procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate catering staff during events and daily operations.
• Ensure high standards of food presentation, service, and hygiene.
• Manage inventory of catering supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with catering services.
• Train and mentor junior catering staff on service protocols and food safety.
