This is a Capital Markets Associate role providing support across three key areas: capital markets and project support (50%), executive support to the Managing Partner (30%), and corporate branding and public engagement (20%).
Assist in the execution of U.S. capital markets advisory engagements, including Nasdaq IPOs, OTC Markets listings, SEC reporting, financial reporting, corporate restructuring, due diligence, and post-listing compliance engagements
Assist in the preparation of SEC filings, including registration statements, periodic reports (e.g. Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, 20-F and 6-K), proxy statements, and other regulatory filings
Support the preparation and review of financial statements, financial disclosures, MD&A, notes to the financial statements, and other financial reporting documents in accordance with applicable accounting standards and SEC reporting requirements
Assist in preparing capital markets documentation, corporate actions, board resolutions, shareholder documentation, and other corporate documents
Coordinate and liaise with clients, auditors, legal counsels, transfer agents, market makers, regulators, and other professional parties
Monitor project timelines and follow up on deliverables to ensure timely completion
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, engagement letters, and other client-facing documentation
Provide executive support to the Managing Partner, manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and business travel arrangements
Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, and follow-up action lists
Assist in planning and executing the Company's corporate branding initiatives and support the Company's digital presence
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
Strong analytical thinking, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with a willingness to develop public speaking capabilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A genuine interest in U.S. capital markets, SEC reporting, financial reporting, corporate finance, and international capital markets advisory
Willingness to participate in corporate branding, seminars, webinars, networking events, and thought leadership initiatives
Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) is an advantage
