Job summary

Zebra Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd seeks a dynamic capacity planning leader to align production capacity with demand forecasts across multiple manufacturing environments in Malaysia. You will model capacity, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive improvements with data-driven insights.

The role requires 8+ years in capacity planning or related fields, proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and fluency in English and Mandarin. A Master’s degree is preferred for this senior position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years in capacity planning, production planning, supply chain, or related manufacturing operations.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing environment desirable.
• Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin for cross-functional liaison.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and evolve capacity models across multiple value streams to align with demand forecasts.
• Lead capacity planning for NPI and factory ramps with engineering and manufacturing to ensure readiness.
• Communicate capacity risks, trade-offs, and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
