Job summary

Zebra Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Supply Chain Planner I in Penang, Malaysia. The role focuses on maintaining inventory to meet demand, coordinating with internal teams, and following established procedures to resolve supply constraints.

You will participate in continuous improvement and support cross-functional projects while collaborating with regional teams to ensure timely materials availability for internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Education: High school or equivalent.
• Work experience in international supply chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment of regional supply chain model.
• Assist planning and development of supply schedule to maintain inventory.
• Review and adjust demand plans with internal stakeholders.
• Follow Zebra procedures to resolve issues impacting supply plan.
• Monitor open purchase orders to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Work with senior team to identify shortages and support resolution.
• Build cross-functional relationships to align production and shipping schedules.
• Receive detailed instructions on all work.
• Assist in ad-hoc analysis or cross-functional projects as needed.
