Job summary

Texas Instruments in Malaysia seeks a capacity planning professional to forecast and manage material and production capacity. You will forecast demand, balance inventories, and support strategic planning with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication across functional boundaries and with upper management.
• Experience in capacity planning and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and meet commitments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall capacity and capital planning for assembly and test in TI Malaysia.
• Support sites and SBEs on capacity requirements based on demand.
• Support monthly capacity forecast cycle.
• Eliminate constraints to meet customer demands.
• Collaborate with test capacity teams to optimize delivery, pricing, and priorities.
• Determine allocations and equipment moves between buildings based on demand.
• Provide analysis to support management decisions.
