Job summary

Responsibilities

• Generate reports and network summaries on regular and ad hoc bases.
• Handle movement notices and update internal systems.
• Create and maintain provider records, codes, and contract details.
• Support onboarding of new providers.
• Notify internal teams on large hospital claim cases.
• Maintain CPPL and contract data; renewals and updates.
• Check claims status and respond to provider inquiries.
• Ensure data entries and updates are accurate and timely.
• Make calls to providers as needed.
