Job summary

Jabil Malaysia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Campus Recruiter to lead university engagement, build strong partnerships, and drive internship and fresh graduate hiring programs across Penang and the country.

You will leverage data analytics for talent insights, coordinate campus events, support onboarding, and push process improvements through digitalization and automation to enhance candidate and stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Business Management, or related disciplines.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Campus Recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI or analytics tools is an advantage.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Independent and collaborative work capability.

Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Campus Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving Jabil’s campus recruitment strategy and strengthening partnerships with universities and educational institutions. You will coordinate campus engagement initiatives, build talent pipelines, manage internship and graduate hiring programs, support onboarding activities, leverage data analytics for talent insights, and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and participate in campus recruitment activities, career fairs, employer branding campaigns, and university engagement events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and student organizations to establish sustainable talent pipelines.
• Identify and develop strategic university partnerships, including Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) and collaboration initiatives.
• Manage internship and fresh graduate recruitment programs, including candidate sourcing, selection, placement, and stakeholder coordination.
• Support onboarding activities to ensure a seamless and positive new hire experience.
• Analyze recruitment data and generate insights to support workforce planning and business decision-making.
• Drive recruitment process improvement initiatives through digitalization, automation, and best practices to enhance candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Prepare and manage annual campus recruitment plans, event calendars, and budget forecasts.
• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen Jabil's presence and reputation among student communities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Business Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Decision Science, Mathematics, International Business, or related disciplines.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Campus Recruitment, and Human Resources.
• Sound communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of Power BI, data visualization, or analytics tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
