MOONTON Games seeks a detail-oriented sponsor partnerships coordinator in Kuala Lumpur to handle day-to-day sponsor contacts, onboarding, asset management, and meeting minutes. You will contribute to post-event reporting, case studies, and sales materials.

The role involves market research, competitive analysis, and documentation enhancement to support a fast-paced, global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• Fluent English is mandatory; Mandarin preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; data analysis tools a plus.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned sponsors
• Coordinate sponsor onboarding and deliverable tracking
• Manage sponsor asset collection and approval processes
• Support sponsor sync-up calls and meeting minutes

Post-Event Reporting & Analysis

• Compile sponsor execution data, media value, and social metrics
• Create post-event case studies and sponsor testimonial documents

Pitch Deck & Sales Material Development

• Build and customize sponsor pitch decks and proposals
• Maintain case-study library and research repository
• Support sales team with market research and competitor analysis

Research & Data Analysis

• Conduct market research on brand partnership opportunities
• Track sponsorship trends in event commercialization, i.e. esports, traditional sports, and live events

Guidebook building and documentation enhancement

• Support building of Client Service guidebook
• Assist with template creation, documentation, and process improvement
• Help maintain BD documentation and cloud repository

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Social Science, Hospitality, or related field
• Strong interest in esports, gaming, or traditional sports/live events; understanding of MOBA or MLBB is a bonus
• English (mandatory - written and verbal). Mandarin (preferred - written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus
• Highly organized, self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task across projects
