Job summary

Prudential in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia seeks a student or graduate to support campaign operations and communications. You will assist with enquiries, rewards appeals, UAT testing, and draft communications while helping with fulfilment and reporting.

This internship offers exposure to diverse campaigns and cross-functional collaboration. You will develop skills in Excel and PowerPoint, while learning agile ways of working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to multitask.
• Good team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform checking and follow-up on campaign enquiries, ensuring responses are provided within the agreed turnaround time.
• Assist in investigating campaign reward appeals and preparing supporting information for review.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for campaign-related initiatives and system enhancements.
• Assist in drafting, proofreading, and reviewing campaign communication materials.
• Support campaign fulfilment activities, including customer communications, reward crediting, and gift fulfilment.
• Support campaign reporting, monitoring, and administrative tasks.
