Job summary

AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi-Tech Park is seeking a CAM Engineer to join the Technology (TDI) Team. The role focuses on generating tooling for production, validating customer designs in CAM, and implementing improvements in CAM workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and at least 2 years of PECAM experience in PCB/SMT/Integrated Circuit Substrate industries, with strong IT and CAM knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in PECAM at PCB/ SMT/ Integrated Circuit Substrate industry is preferable.
• Good knowledge in IT, especially CAM (Computer Added Manufacturing).
• Computer skills – MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Good leadership, team spirit, and ability to work as part of a team and as a leader.

Responsibilities

• Generate proper tooling for production using InCAM Pro software.
• Read customer data into CAM workstation to identify customer design and features.
• Check customer design for design issues and data preparation.
